Don't worry about that, but that is almost definitely an insect, and as rap_a_cap says, not caterpillars. Just make sure you find the culprits and try to gently remove them (avoid most insecticides imo). If you do need to use insecticides, look at plant phenols, oils, acids and aromatic deterrents (marigold, lavender, basil, mint, etc).

Hi Celtic, the good new is that those holes are 2/3 days old 'cause they are already healed. Don't think to caterpillars as they start to eat from the edges. Maybe such kind of small cricket/grasshopper. But stay relaxed, these holes will not hurt growing in any way and the leave will not fall. Consider the fun of critter hunting. Unless a swarm of locusts comes into your tent, rest assured and only use your hands to kill them 👊

If you don't have any critters munching on your leaves, then usually it's from fan, rough handling, or from a water droplet.

Im not an expert but i can assure you 80% there is something eating the leave, usually under the leaves just check it carefully. Somethimes are little insects that u barelly can see them.Insects, little worms ,snails or whatever just use some insecticid.
