DrJynx86answered grow question 4 years ago With low stress training there is also a training phase for the grower, you have to learn to do the proper amount of damage, and by learning I mean stressing it too much and breaking stems.
But plants are powerful beings and thrive to survive, even if completely cut and devoid of roots, they will create their own roots and propagate. We help them with bubblers and cloning but that is only to speed up the natural process.
If you bend something too hard and it breaks (or not) but is still bend over, think fast and tie it down, either with some paper tape, some plastic film or wires, anything that would keep the stems and branches in their natural, unbroken positions.
If your stem is too big, for example a main stem broken in half because your plant is huge and there was a lot of rain and wind, you can even tie it down with some tight precincts, and that will heal pretty quickly, almost immediately, savia and tree "blood" will heal up and stick in no time if pressured enough. In any case, if you tie your main stems down with precincts, please remember it will get fatter and chocked up with the precinct, so cut it down some weeks after because it might stress the plant enough to become hermie (personal experience!).
Good smokes!
