315W grow lights should be kept at least 18″ from the top of your plants, with some models needing to be kept as far as 3 feet away. 💪 good luck with her !

I use a CMH in the winter as I grow in the basement in Canada. They're very powerful! I would keep it at minimum 2ft. They give off a lot of UV and you could burn them quickly as seedlings. Start at 2ft or higher is my recommendation! Good luck.

For the folks that use Oregon's only nutrients, i know they say ph should be 6.4 for calcium to be best absorbed but does that still apply in coco substrates? I been slowly swinging my ph up and down over a few waterings to try to get the best range of absorption.Week 7

flowering fem lollipopping?First week flowering, should cut away the less exposed sprouts? Branch in pic 1 is almost totally hidden and you can see it being much smaller. Also not sure about cutting the two tiny sprouts in pic 2, there are many similar to those in other branches.
