You can put your hand on the highest buds and if you wouldn’t want to leave it there for a good while, the plants probably won’t like it either. You want the leaves to be pointing slightly upwards with a nice V shape in the leaves with no minimal ruffled edges. That lets you know the plants are taking all that they can. If you see drooping starting later in the light cycle(day) then the light is to close or hot. Happy Growing!

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?

Light Burn? Mars Hydro TS3000 at 30% Power, 26 inches away per manual. I have since raised back to 30 inches.Is this light burn? I noticed some slight yellowing/crispy looking leaf at day 11. Light is about 30% Power, about 30 inches away. I previously had it about 26 inches and raised when I noticed this issue about 24 hrs ago. Pics are updated. Temps: 70-75 RH: 50-60 Soil Runoff: 6.5

For my last 2 grows, in a 90x90x200 tent, I've has a MARS Hydro TS 1000w LED for Veg / 600w HPS for Flowering.... Can I use only the LED throughout? The heat from the HPS is crazy.
