Ventilation - enough circulation to clear the tent at least every 3 minutes is recommended. LxWxH=V - I imagine your tent would be between 100-180cm in height so a 4" / 100mm 100m3/h should see you good. Have a small fan in the tent for circulation, oscillation ones are best but more expensive that a non-moving fan. If you have a cheap clip of just dont blast it directly at the plants. Have the fan and extractor on from the beginning in my opinion - keeps your air fresh and helps maintain consistent rh and temperatures as well.

I have a fan inside the tent running 24/7 to keep air circulating inside the tent. Then I have a vent fan to remove hot humid air from the tent. I use AC Infinity fans with the programmable controller in Europe I think they are sold/re-branded by Spider Farmer. The programmable controller is very helpful. You set max & min temperature and humidity and how fast you want the fan to run. Then the controller turns the fan on and off as needed to keep the tent where you want.

W(m)*L(m)*H(m) = cubic meters. Eg 0.6*0.6*1.5=0.54m3 To replace the air every 2 mins multiple it by 30. 30*0.54=16.2m3 Times that by 2 to allow for heat from the light. 16.2*2=32.4m3 Then to allow for carbon filter and ducting times it by 1.2 the more bends in the ducting add another 0.1 before multiplying. 32.4*1.2=38.88 m3/hr That's the minimum fan speed for that tent to extract the air every 2mins. For every 1 minute it would be 77.76 m3/h. For every 30 seconds it would be 155.52. So I would get one way more powerful then needed and use a speed controller to slow it down and get the noise down.

Personally I would get a 6 inch inline fan for that size tent, doesn't need to be anything fancy either, they have good vivosun kits you can buy from Amazon or hydroponic shops. But if your not worried about the smell I wouldn't even bother getting the kit, I would just get the inline fan with the ducting and minus the carbon charcoal filter... And I have a 3x4 tent and my led is 250w so I would get a bigger light if that's an option for you. Or just use the one you have until your able to get another one and you'll be golden!!!
