Now after 11 days the roots show on the bottom of 1 of my 1L airpots, the plant is only 4-5cm high, so i assume the pot can't be fully rooted, but the roots already show on the bottom...
My question is: when should i repot into my final 12l airpot?

Ya they are healthy as can be that awesome how fast those roots traveled great man ...I would wait till they get that 3rd or 4th internode grown in and then transplant . By that point the roots will have developed all around the pot making her less likely to fall apart as you try transplanting them .looking like end of third week or closer to fourth just my opinion ..cheers

No the pot isn’t fully rooted. The roots did go down.
I always wait for reporting until my seedlings have a 3 fingered leaf.
At that moment the plant is ready to transplant.
