Yes, it seems normal. The sprout will emerge above ground and usually sets one pair of small, true leaves. Then they often pause or really slow down for 5-7 days while they grow more roots so do not worry if it seems to stop for a week. Then you will see the growth return and it will make daily progress.

Nitrogen Toxicity?Not sure if this is nitrogen toxicity or normal leaf color. Crinkling was caused by too much light and the fan. Got better in 24h after adjusting grow light and fan. Plants are starting week 2 of veg, Hulkberry Auto. Medium is light mix soil.
