I need your opinion on the LST process I have implemented. Do you think I was too aggressive or did I do it the way it should be?

Looks great. Can't be too aggressive unless you break a branch, but this early in growth they're nice and flexible. Happy growing :)

Looking ok to me! I think it isn’t too aggressive until you break a stem! :D I trained my current autos very hard i think and they love it! Happy growing!

LST during flowerIs it okay to still perform LST during flowering? I've Been doing some very minor defoliation on tiny bud sites down low that aren't getting any light. I want to tie down some more branches but I also don't want to stress it too much at this stage. Just one week into flowing.

What is the risk to apply HS training(Topping Defoliation) to the strain for which LST/SCRoG is recommended?I am growing Auto Black Opium(Divine Seeds).
The description says SCROG and LST work good.
I started bending it recently and did 1 time topping earlier.
I feel I need to do some defoliation, but it will be 2nd HS technique, which contradicts the recommendations.

Should I remove some of the dense foliage as I start LST, or wait? Other suggestions appreciated!The Durban Poison and Jack 47 are very dense, with tight nodes. I’m beginning LST this week to get more light to more of the branches, but should I prune some of the excess foliage? If so, how do I decide what to remove? Thanks in advance for your help!

She's getting too tall!2x2x4 tent, flipped to 12/12 A week ago, and removed my LST plant ties at the same time to make watering easier. She's getting tall though, and now I'm thinking of putting the ties back on. Will that even help? Should I try something else? the pics are about 1 week apart
