Too early to start low stress training?

It's now day 13(see picture/vid), is it too early to start low stress training? I've never done it so any tips would be welcome.

In my opinion- yes. You should wait til you have 4-5 nodes at least

Bending branch I decided to bend the branch to form a bush.The stem was quite thick and when I bent it, I formed a large bend radius, but the next day I noticed that it took a sharp angle. How bad is it, and if it's bad, how to fix it? Thanks in advance🙏

LST and questions in week 4 comment I tried lst on the tallest one, I felt a rip maybe roots? Anchored and bent a little. Gorilla I tied a few branches down to let some light underneath was it worth? LST/Topping for autoflowers?Growing an afghan kush auto and a skunk villain auto (both 5 gal pots) in a snug 2.5 x 2.5. When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted? I'm super curious about methods for best yield. I'm already worried my girls are leggy (but I've gotten some great advise already to let them rest but also give them bigger pots soon).
