Too early to start low stress training?

It's now day 13(see picture/vid), is it too early to start low stress training? I've never done it so any tips would be welcome.

1st go at scrog. Any particular way to LST you guys can recommend?Hi folks. First time going for scrog, ladies on day 18 with interesting node spacing. When do you guys reckon i should start with lst in preparation for them approaching the net? Also, where is the best starting point for that, so i just bend the main stem sideways and tie it?Scrog attempt #1!
