Too early to start low stress training?

It's now day 13(see picture/vid), is it too early to start low stress training? I've never done it so any tips would be welcome.

In my opinion- yes. You should wait til you have 4-5 nodes at least

What do I do with my LST ties in flower?I'm planning to switch to flower soon and I have been using LST on my plants.
