Too early to start low stress training?

It's now day 13(see picture/vid), is it too early to start low stress training? I've never done it so any tips would be welcome.

In my opinion- yes. You should wait til you have 4-5 nodes at least

Does my autoflowering plant look okay after topping I did topping on week #3 and have been doing LST during the last 4 days. I feel I over-stressed the plant. Seems like it's to small for it's age. LST possible?Is it possible or even beneficial to do some lst on them? The internode space is very tight and the stems are not flexible, plus they started preflower. They are 4 week old autoflowers and I feel like the lower leaves don't get enough light.
