But I’m afraid because she get little of light when supposed to be dark. Maybe couple min it was but it could be a reason?

Pretty unlikely, more often that'd prolong the flowering, but if it's only a few minutes shouldn't do shit. Even if it does upset the plants (unnecessary stress)

You can't really see anything yet, it could be about to start, you should check the nodes on the trunk like @Sir_isO says.
I also see excess of what could be nitrogen, nothing serious, but keep an eye on that.
