Hi to all ! today i had an issue, the timer stopped working and i realized 40 minutes later, it should have opened before 40 minutes. I have automatic plants, and their schedule is 18 and a half hours of light! will it affect the plants?

One of the things with autoflowers is they are tolerant to light mistakes. I have encountered power cuts for hours during lights on and they carry on as if nothing has happened. For the 1st few days while they all pop I have my lights on for 24hrs. Then I knock it to 20/4 cycle. If the outside temperature is going to effect the temps I will knock some more hours off until the temps are cooler. So a day like today my grow room has been 29 deg. If I could get my lazy arse in gear and get my next grow going I would have had my lights of for 8 hrs instead of 4 and if the temps where going be hot again tomorrow I would go with 8hrs darkness again. During summer I'm going with 18/6

No problem. Auto's can accommodate a great range in light.
