I think you could chose 1 of 2 options. Since you have so many nice clones already established pick the best one and make it the new mother, that way it's small and you can begin at the beginning and keep her shape exactly how you'd like....small...that bonsai technique seems to be good for small spaces and many clones. Then flower this mother and harvest.
Otherwise I would go in and do a good root pruning on this plant And then re-pot her. You could also cut her branches down to where there's only a couple growth nodes for new shoots to start. As for feeding...if it was soil you could probably just feed a few times a month at a low dose, but with coco it might be good to do a topdressing method, then it can slowly feed over time as it's watered. There's a company called Mr. Bs greentrees that has a good top dress nutrient, both Grow or Bloom.
Which ever ways you choose, the most important thing is health, keeping her moderately fed well watered and vigorous then you can always cut her down smaller to fit your space.
*I think you could even divide her eventually if need be.
