pistils started appearing 8 weeks ago. she is an auto from seedsman. would not flower under more than 12 hours of light. has moved extremely slow the entire grow. took 2 weeks after germination to sprout. is this a bad seed? should I start over? says should take 70-90 days

¿¿Que debería hacerle a la planta ??They're getting stems at the bottom but they're not getting light because the plant has four big leaves that cover the whole plant. Most of the leaf stems are red and i can see it etching into the main stalks. I've read that this can be a phosphorus lockout, does anyone have any tips or suggestions? Ill update with pictures of the stems soon.
