Purple top stems.

Fellow growers I have a question, the tops on my sour D is purple,not the whole stem just the top 3in. Is something wrong?

Purple/red stems and leaves happening in a non purple trait plant is usually a sign they were not being given enough feed. This is my signal while the girls are veging and I see the stem of the leaves starting to turn a little purple/red then a 50 to 100 ppm increase in food follows that. This is only while girls are veging. Non purple trait plants can and usually do show some purple/red in the leave stems while in flower. Cheers

Mag Chloroses. Many factors. Light too close/too powerful, and/or overwatering, or first symptom of a Mag deficiency.

I believe that a purple stem is usually a sign of stress... I could be wrong though 🤷‍♂️

Stems red/purple because of strain, or stess related? Again, the same strain same everything but seems unstable? Any advice on a better strain?Second auto/fem that flowered 4 wks late. It is Purple Hulk, but notice the red/purple stems. Again, Ph is correct, not light burn, and minimal feed.! Fixed soil PH: Now from young leaves' interveinal chlorosis to all over light green Soil Ph was off: 7.1. Switched to phosph. acid and use Epsom salt. Now: 6,4ph, Ca/Mg ratio at 3:1 (instead of 11:1). Used foliar spray (GH Enhancer). Ladies still show deficiencies: Now all over light green. Didn't feed Bloom due to overfeeding in grow. Will give Bloom in two day
