Hi, I will need to turn off electricity in my apartment for like 12 hours.
How can I prepare my ladies to survive that long without bubbles? Should I drain water?

If u can time it so its when the lights are off that will help a bit. I would make sure I have some roots in the water but make sure there is a gap for air. Longest mine was without power was about 6hrs and that didn't seem to have hurt them.

Could you manually mist the roots a few times? I would....lower VPD (more RH, less heat), raise lights, drain water and mist the roots as needed

Look into kratky DWC. I'd say you would need to drain some water so the roots have more air.
