Can I already transplant my seedling to its final 11L pot?

I would be tempted to in a few days. Saying that I forgot the name of the cup thing u growing in but I used to use them and I cut a hole out the bottom and when I saw roots coming out I put it in my final container.

I prefer to start autos in their final pots to minimize stress. I would suggest just cutting out the bottom of your cup and planting the whole thing in your pot.

One Week and 2nd Germinated Seed didn't break the surface? Hope is lost?2nd plant didn't sprout yet. It's "brother" is already 5cm high and growing. How do I drop my RH down when nothing works? Check Diary. Will defoliation be a good idea? Open tent door and leave it open?My 2x2 is starting to crowd. This is driving the RH to over 70%.
