Can anyone help, is my plant ready for harvest

My first ever plant (auto fem lowryder for vision seeds) is coming to the end, and I’m just not sure if she is ready for harvest. I’m not sure if the tricosomes are milky or glassy. Any help would be much appreciated.

You likely need to get a closer magnification to actually see the color of the trichromes. You can get a cheap 30x jewelers loupe for like 12 bucks

How to reduce yield? (without reducing quality)Can I prune down to 3 or 4 colas? When? Or better to let it grow normally and compost the extra? I've found it too easy to grow way more than I can use. Dünger umstellen ab der Blüte?Ich befinde mich ja jetzt in der Blüte. Sofort auf Terra Flores umstellen? Den Dünger?
Mein erster grow und ich habe Terra Erde und Terra vega und Flores.
Tag 30 nach dem Samen einpflanzen. Und es sind Automatik Red poison und Think different. Beide exakt gleich schnell.
