No problem or mutation, these are called cotyledon leaves and are the first leaves all cannabis plants sprout, after these leaves the normal fingered leaves will grow out.

Use flora trio, and 2 other plants in this run are under same conditions with same nutes. Could this be a pH issue? PH has been consistently ~6.

Strange leaves on seedlingHi everyone,
I started those two a day later than the others, the cotyledons grew normal but the first set of leave is quite strange.
The leaves don't grow opposite, but point on the same side... there are also some yellowish spot on them. I put a photo of the others to compare.
