Possible runt? Bad seed?

Any ideas about what is up with my Fastbuds Orange Sherbet? She looks like what many describe as a runt. I'm going to let it grow just to learn from it. But, what in the world do you think is up with this little girl? She's a only the size of a five day old seedling 16 days in!

Firstly mate, kudos for keepin it goin. Looks very wet in there for a small gal like that. Probably over watered. I make a circle round young plants (usually left by humidity dome) and water 100ml ish into it every day or so, you just wanna be watering little and often at this stage, good luck, gonna follow see how it turns out. Let it dry out and it'll pick up again

Going to try letting her dry completely out. Then water. I used same methods for all 5 plants, this girl didnt like something I've done to her. I used pure soil (fox farms happy frog) for the center where the sprout is then a natures living soil autoflower concentrate for the rest when the roots grow further into the 3 gallon pot. Maybe I made it too hot in the center accidentally? Pure PH water at 6.8 being used. Use white vinegar as PH down for pure organic grow. Thanks a bunch for the replies!!!

Looks like she was getting burned by nutes. Either your soil premix or your feed.
