Привет, бро! техники lst применяются на любой стадии, даже на первой неделе ты можешь придавать изогнутость растению с помощью наложения шин, но большинство делают загиб или зацеп, опуская верхнюю колу растения в период растяжения - предцвета, переходная фаза от вегетации к цветению. 👌 Удачи бро! 👋

Hey Growmie ... I would suggest starting LST once the second true leaves are fully grown. At this point, the plant will be focused on growing straight up and you can start to train it to get multiple tops. Just remember to adjust your tie-downs weekly. Have I LST'd right?I have tried LSTing and tied down the stem to the pot. I also have a scrog net to help with pushing some of the leaves down and I have tucked them. Does this look right? I feel like I need to also remove some leaves to help but don't want to damage it as its an auto. thanks

LST - How to Scrog help Looking for advice on how to use a SCROG auto. Bought one to try LST but confused how it works. Looking at videos people just seem to squash on top during veg.
