Hey bro! LST techniques can be applied at any stage, even in the first week you can give the plant some curvature by using ties, but most people do a bend or a hook, lowering the top cola of the plant during the stretching period - pre-flowering, the transitional phase from vegetation to flowering. 👌 Good luck bro! 👋

Hey Growmie ...
I would suggest starting LST once the second true leaves are fully grown. At this point, the plant will be focused on growing straight up and you can start to train it to get multiple tops. Just remember to adjust your tie-downs weekly.

Two phenos started flowering at 23 daysThey look just fine don't they? I mean a few top leaves have suffered some heat stress, and some leaves can seem a bit droopy for some reason (definitely not from overwatering). But the RH is only 30-35%, I'm thinking maybe it has something to do with that, lack of preferred RH.
