Wrong LST

I damaged the roots while doing LST... Its an autoflower, did i hurt my plant to death or the grow will only stunt?

it should recover, but it will be stunted slightly.. next time when you lst also do it from the opposite side so you don't put any stress on your root mass.. hope this helps.. Happy growing. 👊

24 days old Is it time to top and start LTS or wait till transplant in 5 Gal fabric potsOk plants are doing well I have 6 layers still only about 3-4 inches tall should I top them now if so where and what should I expect? When stop LST?First time grower here. Have been doing LST, and it seems to work well. I've just spotted pistols, so she is starting to flower now. So my question is, should I stop LST? Should I remove the (padded) wires? Or, when do I stop? Or should I keep LST until I harvest the flowers?Techniques. LST

This is my first experience growing indoors and also growing autos. Do you guys think the Northern Lights will survive ? It will recover in some way (I don't care about lower shields) ? Or should I just end it and focus on the other two plants ?
