These little white spots have just appeared on my plants (auto flowering blue dreamatic)! Does anyone know what they might be?

Interesting white spots on the leaves?The lamp is at the correct distance. Low growth rate and yellowish/light green leaves I am worried about the light green color and slower growth rate. -seeds were new. -ph seems ok -temperature is a little bit high but within range. Actually the tips of the leaves show some purple edges.. any guess?

Ripple leaves, is it a problem?This plant has not been growing as fast as I expected, she started with 3 branch nodes, switched to 4 branch nodes, then topped herself, now I have taken all of the bottom sucker branches off. she IS a little soaked, so maybe its over watering? but what do the ripples mean?
