Once and for all - except of flashing when I give 3 time water of my pot size, how much amount of water I need when I water regularly if my pot size is 25L?

Hi. I can only share what I do (I don't think a "once and for all" answer exists):
I got myself a simple soil moisture/ph meter (maybe 10 or 15$) and only when it indicates the soil is (completely) dry do I water. The amount? Until I see the water come out at the bottom, irrespective of pot size.
I struggled in the beginning too, overwatered, with the corresponding problems. This method is easy and works for me. Though I'm sure there are growers here with different opinions.
