You want that coco constantly saturated. A small dryback such as 10-20% is fine but ultimately you want it always saturated.
The aeration in the medium is such that you can’t really overwater, so that shouldn’t be worried about.
That math doesn’t really add up. You’re going to want to start feeding slow and feed always. Never do straight water feeds unless purposely flushing or some other reason.
I’d start feeding something around 300-400 PPM (500 scale / 0.6-0.8 EC) where you’re at now.. slowly building the PPM up by 100 maybe every week or so.
You never know with autos. Some might love heavy feeds, Some may cause a scene with low feeds even. That’s why I stay away from them. Drama queens essentially.
