Distilled water to flush soil- what now?

Okay , so I think I figured out what was happening with my runt.
It was my first feeding today (strength/distilled water/ confirmed ph/ all that).
After watering/ feeding, I measured the run -off for PPM. Big Lady/221 ppm, my runt was 1756. I fixed- what now?

Hi there I would transplant them to final pot size, they have outgrown there container. With fresh soil you won't have to go heavy on the nutrients because it will have some in it. Also make sure your in the ph range and always get runoff, aim for 20% on the one that's not got that much ppm and aim for 40% runoff on the high ppm one.

Both are interchangeable for most purposes. It seems SS has more active ions, would that be a bonus?
