No axillary bud / tiny leaf. Is this a symptom of insufficient oxygen at the root zone (had two weeks of crushed tubing), or is it perhaps a genuine mutation?

Weird man not sure but my outsider right now kinda was like this from day one out the seed had 3 leaves lol then grew abnormal as hell

Just started week 8 and buds are growing day by day but I have really low expectations in terms of quantity.

Close to Flush/Harvest? No good tric pics even using Mag Scope! Still White Pistils on the oldest plantWondering how close I am to Harvest here? These were all 50-60 day strains. Back Left CK leaves are lightening up like mad...the others are following (Currently on Dragon Force and boost) but the purple (Front left of canopy) still light pistils! They all germinated and doing really fine...
