No axillary bud / tiny leaf. Is this a symptom of insufficient oxygen at the root zone (had two weeks of crushed tubing), or is it perhaps a genuine mutation?

Weird man not sure but my outsider right now kinda was like this from day one out the seed had 3 leaves lol then grew abnormal as hell

Blumat watering system question. I am going to get another blumat system for my 4x4, but am not sure what I will need.I will be growing 4 plants in 10-gallon pots and then transitioning to a raised bed next year.
