I’m noticing the top leaves on branches are a lighter green than the rest. Is this something to be concerned of?

Nothing to worry about, which is a good thing. Your are growing outdoor and the change in weather condition can play with the color of your leave, i.e. temperature, day and night and the amount of direct sun exposure. Your plant looks just fine 👌

Hi @CTCan! This is usually nothing to worry about, the new growth always look a bit paler / yellowish. But if the coloration doesn't change while the leaf gets old, then it's a sign of a nutrient issue (usually Boron, Zinc or Iron). Hope this makes sense, happy growing! 👊
