It doesn't really matter, I have always continued growing the plants and waited for the surprise that flowering delivers.
Super AK is around one third Indica, you have just found those with the Indica expression rather than the Sativa phenotypes.
It can be annoying, but usually reflects on the breeder, that they have not stabilized the strains genetics fully. If they are advertising these plants as Sativa dominant strains, which they are, the plants should be Sativa like in appearance and flower structure.
No biggie though, the buds will still get you high.
If you are keen on some super stable Sativas, try Ace Seeds, they have many awesome strains that are genetically well sorted.
