Is this normal growth for a mail-lined plant?I mainlined 8 colas on both plants. Each one has a small stem growing at the beginning of each cola. Is that normal growth for a main-line? I thought at this stage it would be just 8 long colas.

Dead "skin" on the bottom or mold?What is that? Is it normal? Its like dry and I can peel it off kind of like dead "skin" ๐คข but I'm scared cause idk what that is... should I leave it be? Or its bad?
