White patches with tiny black dots underneath the leaf. Anybody an idea what it is and should I panic?

White are spider mites and black is their scat . Use Green Cleaner as directed and you will be good till they come back . Key to a bug free plant is a bug free environment . Good luck . https://www.amazon.com/Green-Cleaner-CCGC1128-1-gal/dp/B00ZFVI07E/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=Green+Cleaner&qid=1625609286&sr=8-1

Looks like spider mites, I would get a magnifying glass to confirm movement. Those can be hard to get rid of but you can try neem oil, or a natural soap spray. Lots of info out there on dealing with them.
