You can always top and let the rest finish, i've done that. Now I would try to LST the branches and allow the lowers to get light and let it keep going. I personally use lowers and popcorn buds for edibles and hash, so it's not as important to get amber all over for those items. Your top buds are always going to be the best anyways mate. I totally agree with the below comment. I would flush her heavily and remove all nitrogen from feed, you can still use pk boosters but at low dosage. Regarding your question exactly. You can harvest the tops that are ready but it won't give a proper taste of what's too come because of the excess nitrogen! 🌱😜

Youv'e given your lady too much nitro.. All I see is really super dark leaves and a lot of burnt tips/the claw, Iv'e done this.. All the purple stems on your leaves say I'm really needing P. Your buds have stopped growing because they have too much nitro and can't take on more nutrients. That's why you have such uneven maturity levels.. that being said you can definitely harvest in chunks.. But I'd start flushing if I was you..
