3 weeks old in a 5 gal

You mentioned four ingredients; Happy Frog, Ocean Forest, Black Cow and coco choir. How are they mixed or laid down and in what proportions? It looks like you just have choir in a layer on the surface. I use a very simple mix of 1/4 pearlite to 3/4 Ocean Forest to improve aeration and drainage.

FFOF soil is already heavily pre-fertilized. You don’t need to add any nootz before week 5. Make sure to pour enough water to get enough drain coming out of the pot when you water them. This young plant won’t use all the nutrients before they turn into NaCl (salt). Make sure to rinse the extra salt.

Ive found that it takes a few weeks for the roots to really take hold and then the plant takes off. I wouldnt worry about it.
