So, this is a mixed bag from Zamnesia. The GSC has popped 1 from 2 seeds in the pot. Critical my free seed from Zamnesia popped 1 seed from 1 seed. The Northern Lights does not want to go. 3 seeds and nothing so far.

Inhaber messed up quite a few seeds on my new short journey. I have under the same light and with the same conditions 3 other seedlings 🌱 all in Substrat. The Critical popped on the first seed the Hijack I needed 2 and the Girl Scout Cookies also 2 seeds and 1 popped. What’s up?

When planting seeds, pointy end up. That's where the tap root exits the seed, it comes out then it does a U turn and heads down into the planter and as the stem seed head starts going up the soil holds the seed and the plant breaks free. So pointy end up 1/4 inch down and if your starting in soil then sprinkle a little cinnamon around her and water in to avoid damping off. Cheers

Thanks for the tip, I am trying just a pinch of cinnamon near the seed. My question is I have a late Girl Scout Cookies about 5 days to pop I think. Should I do them both in one pot and train them together or separate pots? I’m doing 15 liter pots. GSC Auto Zamnesia

separate pots.. competing root systems and no guarnatee it'll be an even match / even results... more likely one dominates? and, all the troubles that brings with 2 drastically different-sized plants pinned together. in 2 pots you can use a riser or any number of things to adjust height of varying plants in different pots... keep it simple.

It’s official the Northern Lights did not work 5 failed seeds rite next to the 4 growing now..... Zamnesia’s customer service gave me a credit for the price of the Northern Lights seeds, even better free shipping on my next order 😎🌱 So another GSC popped it does not look promising. The other GSC is also not looking well it is not really green it is whitish. I up potted today 3 Nov Super Tuesday I see now looking at the date. I should have put them in the bigger pots from the beginning but on well it’s done now I will next time for sure. I do have 4 pots now these are 11L pots and the others “Hijack” are 15L pots. I had 2 different sized pots and did the same for each diary. Update 8 Nov the Critical is doing awesome!! It has 4 baby branches so I FIMed her 🤞🙏 I want to try and keep her around the same size as the others but she is about a week ahead. I am new to training but I will be ok I hope.

I PUT THE “F” IN FIMing 🤯 11.11.20 So I may have put the „F“ in FIMing look at last week I FIMed the critical well she did not realize it. I may not have FIMed enough. I will top her in a few weeks if she grows too wicked fast for the other plants. She does look like the best plant in the tent. It was the seed that popped fast and strong the rest came slower. The double plant pot is the GSC I think this will be a small plant so I made a pair this may be a learning experience. I am going to try to train them together. Zamnesia says that this strain is 8–10 weeks maybe I can stretch it to 10 11 still fast training. 12.11.20 the leaves are curling up at the corners. 😳 I am using the root nutrient and will build up to full strength nutes they are yellowing i think because of the Bio Bizz. 16 Nov day 23 looking ok Critical is looking really good the photo is just me looking at how I could train it I will have it in the corner they all get a corner. So I will train it into a triangle. I started the main Nutrient feed last night 15 Nov, I started with 1ml per liter the feeding schedule says I should feed 2.5ml through veg and work up to 5 in flower. Fed last night a bit extra in the drip tray and expected to have to clean out the trays this morning. The roots have apparently reached the bottom of the pots😎 all dry for the first time so far this grow. The GSC double trouble, is looking yellow so I will have to watch that. I watered this morning I will build up slower with this one it seems finicky.

17 Nov day 24: the size difference between the 24cm Critical and the 7&9cm GSC is starting to be an issue. I will be looking into risers, not sure what yet but it is not a huge issue rite now but it will be I believe. This is my second grow, my focus of this grow for me is training as even a canopy as I can. I put two GSC in one pot this will be a larger challenge. I am seeing how big now but it will be a learning experience. They will both be Trained into Triangles they will be corner plants growing to the center. There are 4 plants in the tent so one for each corner (My other diary Hijack AutoSeeds) 19 Nov Day 25: BRANCH DOWN I was working on the critical and bent the branch wrong and *snap* rite at the stem. I let it go for a day but it was dying and these are autos so I can’t extend the veg cycle and let it heal. I thought that the plant would put a lot of energy into fixing the break so I chopped it off. Now I have a back corner. Double trouble: the tall one is starting to bush out a bit and the short one is starting to stretch. I think it may work, I am sure it will not be easy in the next 40-50 days.

Day 30 23 Nov: critical is at a whopping 41cm GSC is a short thick girl coming in at 19cm. I have w in one pot and they are thankfully growing to the same size and one is not dwarfing the other I was worried but looks like it should be ok.

Day 30 25 Nov: I am calling WHITE HAIRS! so in 14 days I will start POWER TOP the sugar maker. I like to have my stuff SUPER sticky! So critical has lost 2 branches a large one and a smaller thick one. It is super bushy and looking strong. GSC “double trouble” looking really BUSHY is it super short but several bud spots. I don’t think the GSC is in flower there are green hairs but not white. I will update I am assuming white hairs this week. Day 32 wow I like how the critical is budding. GSC is not budding yet so I will continue with VEG feeding with her, until I see good white hairs on her. 28 Nov Day 35 They are looking good the GSC is getting a bit yellow and getting a few spots. I did see white hairs on GSC so I proceed with giving her the flowering nutrients. She reacted very well the top bud shot up a few cm’s Critical seems really easy to grow it is 55cm high and bushy. I topped it it grew through and it still the biggest plant I have aggressively defoliate and it is pushing out bud sites and leaves like crazy.

Looks to be a little under fed with the yellow tips. Now more deficiencies are starting. You'll need some cal/mg for sure. Check the runoff water to see where ec and ph are at your next watering. For soil your ph needs to be 6.5 to 6.8 for flower. Your ec levels need to be up about 1.8 to 2.0ec. Those fabric planter become hard to get water through to the entire root system, that will also create brown spots. Cheers

So looking spotty I am have started with .02ml / L cal/mag they are still spotting. The yellow is going away, I am feeding less 2x a day. That cleared up the yellow. What. Abuses spotting? The lvls are current.

Dec 8 day 46 ScrOG week I am not sure what happened with my nutrient mixture list, just drop the 2 on the end of all the nuts and that is the names. This week is looking good the leaves on the one are not that great but it’s ok I’ve started our version of cal mag it is a 20% calcium mixture. This appears to be working the Hudson in the tent in general are looking awesome. This week is a big week we start POWER TOP this is when things will start to get STICKY. The next mixture I will drop the root mix or actually cut it down a lot, and start power top.

I am having less burning and yesterday I defoliate for the last time. Hopping for another 3 weeks🤞I will work the power top up to full strength making sugar for the next 2 weeks than flush I I want to see trikes all over.

22 Dec day 62 I am not sure what I did but this is week 10. The Cush is looking good I will harvest that one and keep the GSC growing. The GSC is definitely stunted the buds are small but there is a lot of them I am guessing I will get 50g or so. The Cush looks like a standard plant, I am assuming around 200g. Those buds are looking thick and long. I did cut a couple of inside buds that were not reaching the canopy. The “energy suckers”

So don’t put 2 seeds in one pot kill the one and keep the other. The taste is interesting I have not had that smell or taste before. I was sold GSC but obviously not GSC I will grow this strain again. I am now on my next grow and in retrospect I was watering too much the strain I have now is reacting much better to more nuts less total volume. I was feeding 1-1.5L every day now with the same substrate amount I am feeding 500ml a day.
