My clone plants are doing well except one top heavy and leaning - had to put a stake in. Can I clip them? any tips and/or advice appreciated

Guessing light problems , to far away or not strong enough .. a fan blowing on them should help strengthen them up

Just stake them, clipping them now will reduce your yields. A leaning plant really isn't a problem. A stronger light and more air movement would strengthen your next plants, but apart from more light, increasing air circulation now, for these plants, will not achieve much. To be frank, a proper grow light is miles ahead of any blurple light; you simply can't grow spectacular buds with poor low wattage lighting.
