Lst this when she is a bit bigger and stronger, allow around 3 weeks of growth to do this, I do lst my autos with light defoliatian and they grow like a champ

Light spectrum and stressBy switching between LED spectrum: Would the plants stress out ?
The veg spectrum only was producing too much stretch due to lamp being not close, imo. So started using both spectrum and the light intensity is way higher now.
Also they get some sun light due to tent position.

How to manage a tall plant with a thick stem in week 1 of flowering?One plant I ordered online was pre-grown. Now, it’s about 20 cm taller than my other plants. Wtf happened?Wondering if anyone can help me understand why one plant grew out so stretched and with unformed buds while the other from same seed packet appears normal. Is this just a weird pheno? The strain (NLTxGelato) is a new one so I'm not sure how stable the genetics are.

Too much stretch?I’m 4 days into week 5, which is week 2 of flowering. My RQS fat banana autos are 40-50cms in height. That’s too much right? That stretch could make for a poor yield. Should I be worried and, if so, how do I slow the stretch? Indoor, hps, 18/6, 26* high, 16* low, 50% RH.
