Completely fine and not an issue to be concerned over.
Some strains will have purple or red calyxes and a lot of strains will have pink, red or even crimson pistils earlier in flowering.
The colouration is due to anthocyanins and is a normal occurrence when night temps are quite a bit lower than day temps.
It does not affect growth, potency or yields and is not a sign of any disease or deficiency, just a perfectly normal cannabis trait.
