Should I defoliate more? I’ve just taken off about 10 of the bigger fan leaves off the main stem over the course of a week or so. If so, strategy?

There’s not much to do now. You did it well by doing a little everyday. Wait for some development and you will be able to make the difference between the main buds shoots, the second layers buds, and the weak shoots to cut off.

Hi there,This tips are I intended for indoor growing but could also be useful for you.Only defoliate if there is a good reason.Like do some defoliation to lower down tent humidity,to make a good air flow if too bushy.Defoliate some leaves If they are damaged or shaded below the canopy.May be some lollipopping if there are too many popcorn buds underneath.Other than those, shouldn’t do.Those fan leaves are acted like extra sources of energy for plants.Only recommend to defoliate at the start of flowering circle and again at 3rd week of flower or at the end of stretching period.Later that period ,you shouldn’t stress the plant anymore and at late flower stage could even lead to hermaphrodism.Happy Growing... ✌️

Well u are trying to make a scrog so u have to cut everything below screen to get evenly developed buds without any poocornbud.

Defoliate? Auto Week2 flower high humidity I’m struggling to keep relative humidity below 65%-70%. Should I defoliate some lower fan leaves to help with this? Will doing so hurt overall yield? I’m at beginning of week 2 of flower. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

How do you know or choose the right Ec for each phase of the plant? or how much to raise it in each irrigation? My range is usually from 0.2 to 1.2 ... it depends on the strain. Do you think it is more important to know the strain than to follow a table of nutes? Thank you!

Having issues keeping the humidity up in this space. Each room is about 300 sq ft and we have large humidifiers in each but can't seem to get above 50% humidity while the lights are running. Any ideas? I need hum higher for the seedlings and am out of ideas! Thanks in advance

Late defoliation?I didn't pay as much attention to defoliation during veg stage as I would have liked, instead I kind of picked leaves out here and there all through flowering. Should I have left it altogether after missing timing or as long as you don't cause too much stress it should be OK?
