Lst is it recommended to keep doing this whilst flowering? Or should i cut them free

Nah you don’t want to stress the plant while it is flowering. If the LST was not applied during veg and the branches hadn’t finished snapping back to their original position, then it is unwanted stress on the plant.

Cut them loose during flowering... they are supposed to 'stretch' a little bit so they need to be free to grow. You can go back to LST after the stretch if you want to make sure lower parts of the plants get light.

If you do so i would recommend only light LST, better during veg than while flowering. During flowering the grow hormones are not as present as during veg, so it will take longer and too much stress could end with some male pollsacks.
