First time grower, I'm in W-Europe and will have around 21-27°C, 75-85%RH in my 70x70x160cm tent, Not more humid than air outside it. Getting a dehumidifier isn't an option for me. Any advice on how to still manage through mid to late flower from someone who's in the same boat?

At this stage, air flow is your greatest chance of reducing the humidity now that your plants are flowering. Single use absorbent gels or crystals will do nothing. Extraction, extraction, extraction is the easiest method and probably best for your situation. Plenty of air movement and air replenishment. Atmospheric humidity should not be a major problem, stale, still, non moving air is your enemy. I wish you all the best with your first try at growing this remarkable plant! Regards, Organoman.

Certain times of year I have humidity problems. At the moment I'm having to run a Humidifier to get humidity up above 50. Then by next grow I will be in the opposite direction and be trying to lower my humidity. Before I got a dehumidifier which goes in the room the tents in, I used them single use dehumidifier boxes, I put 4 in the tent and 4 outside the tent. They was only cheap about £1 each. They worked a bit, not the best, had to replace them every few weeks. I believe there is a bag for grow rooms that's supposed to maintain humidity really well.

You can get little 'manual' dehumidifiers that are (unfortunately) single use which is a box with an absorbent in it that will need replacing once a week or so or humidifier pouches that keep you at 62% - RQS do them, you might need a few but should help in a pinch. Also, make sure you have good circulation and extraction or stagnant humidity can cause all sorts of problems, mould, fungus, mildew etc. Good luck!

Hi there! If you haven't already got your genetics going, you can find genetics (strains) that can handle high humidity through late flower although 80% is quite high you might be able to get away with it growing a strain like original AK auto from 420fast buds seeds. I'm I the process of growing that strain now and hear great things about it's high tolerance to mould and plague. Other than that my friend, an average of 80% RH is too high for flowering plants. Risking bud mould and the plague is risky. But hope this was helpful! Happy growing! ✌️
