Hi there, the tent is quite small. I have tried in a tent that size in the past but found it only good enough for starting and until they grow a bit. Most Led manufacturers have a recommended hight for different stages of growth. I'm not familiar with the brand your on about but I currently am using a mars hydro ts1000. This draws about 150w when on full power. The recommended distances are something like 28 inch above canopy for seedlings, 18 to 26 inch for veg and 12 to 18 for flower. Don't quote me on them distances. I think with 1 plant you would have to train it real low. My tent is 1.5m tall and I have to train mine to keep them low.

I’m pretty sure you can make it fit in there. I would recommend a different light tho. That is older technology and the PPFD coverage map looks subpar for flowering. I’d recommend a quantum board style light..

I have a 60x60x120cm tent that I use for drying. My tent would be OK for growing but even 120cm high could limit your grow. I think 90cm tall is too short. When you think about it your pot will be about 30cm tall. Then a light is about 10cm tall and most lights should be about 50cm above the top of your plant. So right from the beginning 90cm is too short for most grows. Are you sure your current light is really 600 watts? Is that their inflated marketing "equivalent" or is that the actual power it consumes? 600 watts is way too much power for a 60 x 60 tent. 120-150 watts is enough LED wattage for a 60x60 tent. The Phlizon 600 you mention is only 100 watts. It does have two switches but I would not call it "dimmable". If shopping for a new light I would get one of the more modern white instead of an older style burple light. Plants look almost black under burple which makes it difficult to keep an eye on their health. A white LED grow light makes it much easier to see the leaf color and spot diseases and nutrition problems.
