Not sure whether or not to cut some of the lowest branches from the plant. Doesn't look like they'll make a 50 cm stretch up but I'm not sure. Tips?

Go ahead and cut the lowest branches. They they will amount to nothing and the airflow will improve, reducing the risk of mold. Also less tops mean they will be bigger

Is it time for light defoliation?These plants are all 4 almost 5 weeks since seed. Top leaves on the large one at the back are shadowing those beneath it. Does anyone out there feeling the same way I do about too much nitrogen in nutes during bloom causing buds to be too leafy and with a 8-9 week auto flower would week 6 or week 7 be better to give them a bit of extra P/K yet leave enough time for a 10-14 day flush?

How many PPM the Run-Off must be if i give 650PPM? I give them 650PPM nutrients and i saw some curling and yellow tips, so today i flushed with RO water at 5PPM and my Run-Off was 900PPM. 😵
