Is it too much, or enough defoliation?

Would be good to hear your thoughts on this.
Personally, I keep doing this and think I have positive results by creating multiple branches with equal distance to each other. (I pluck one stem then leave the next and go on like this.)

Hi, It's my first grow and I need advice again. I have a small Orion F1 auto, she's flowering for 24 days (47 days old). I have these buds under scrog that don't get enough light and don't seem to grow fast enough. Do I remove them? Will it help or stun my plant at this stage? TY

Mainline/Manifold: Trimming fan leaves after done with topping.Finishing up the topping portion of mainlining. P2 to be Nebula-Haze style and P3 to be Nugbuckets style. I'll be trimming growth tips other than from the 8 cola sites on each. Still keep un-shaded fan leaves below those levels? A lot online shows all lower fan leaves trimmed

How do I drop my RH down when nothing works? Check Diary. Will defoliation be a good idea? Open tent door and leave it open?My 2x2 is starting to crowd. This is driving the RH to over 70%. Should I defoliate to help with crowding and RH? Or should I just leave it alone? RH in lung room is 48% Exhaust fan, high or low with a dehumidifier, doesn't work. What should I do? Defoliate? Trimming/Defoliation late vegetation, just before flip to 12/12?I'm unsure about trimming/defoliation at this point: What's the goal for just before switching to 12/12? I've read to veg until your height is 1/2 to 1/3 the final height supported by the setup. I seem to have plenty of room still. How much do I trim under the canopy?

Should I do a pre harvest defoliation a week before harvest?What are the benefits and consequences of defoliating a week before harvest? Is it good or bad? I have tons of foliage up top and need it to go away. It's too late in flower, but a week before will open up the canopy to the lower bud sites. Any and all help is welcome. Thanks!
