Is it too much, or enough defoliation?

Would be good to hear your thoughts on this.
Personally, I keep doing this and think I have positive results by creating multiple branches with equal distance to each other. (I pluck one stem then leave the next and go on like this.)

looks good, it is hard sometimes to chose what stays and what should go. your plants looking good, keep up the great job
