Gmslave No in the beginning I thought she had been recooperating from a weird birth from the seed. The shell stayed attached for two weeks or so. I had tried helping it along and then her leaves possibly got nute burned after that or it was from the shell issue.. My Ph is fine6.3

This is a hydration problem, pure and simple - a lack of hydration. Please see my answer that I gave to your previous question. Cheers, Organoman.

Go with what organoman said. You can water a lot in one sitting, get plenty off runoff. You want the top inch to dry inbetween watering. Let's say you put 10L through in one watering and then leave it to dry before next you won't get over watering. But let's say you do 1L 10 times during a 24hr period you will get overwatering. Hope that makes some sense. Everytime the top inch dries then water again till you have plenty of runoff.

Organoman is correct. You need to completely saturate your soil with run off. Your plant is very thirsty.

P.S. - The seed case staying attached to the stem can in no way cause any problems of any sort.
