Yes, it is dissolved mineral salts that are left behind once the water evaporates.

Hello,
I just started growing in dwc.
Can anyone help me identify this problem,please?
The ph is stable between 5.8 and 6.0.
There is no root rot. Roots are white and theres no smell. Nutrients in this plant are at minimum EC 1.0/1.1

Help! Droopy leaves stillShould I go ahead and transplant to larger pots? These roots were long before I put them in these less than a gallon pots (all I had at the time) they’re still droopy after transplanting them on Friday. Spider mites in floweringSpidermites detected in flowering. Still no webs forming on buds but there is small damage on leaves. I have neem oil but don't wanna ruin my buds with bad smell and heard neem is toxic to humans. Rosemary essential oil maybe?
