Touching buds while drying
CTCanstarted grow question 4 years ago
Does touching the buds at all while they’re drying reduce potency? I’ve been checking them daily and touch the odd one from time to time. Should I just leave them alone and focus on snapping a stem to determine if they’re dry enough?

Hey Growmie,
I wouldn't advise doing it because the oils from your finger could rub off your trichomes, which will mess with the potency if you have to touch them touch one only and yes focus on the stem snapping to determine if it's dry enough. You wont knock off any noticable amount of trichomes. You should handle them as little as possible but when you need to, you need to. Checking on the rate of drying by giving it a gentle pinch is fine. Use gloves if you got them.

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Need help with mold/septoria/?Last 3 days I've pruned diseased leaves every morning, foliar sprayed peroxide leaves & topsoil, & added some to watering solution. Is only affecting one plant in tent. To protect the other kills or what would you advise?

1st time grower need advice and need to make sure my plants doing good.My plant strain is blue dream fast photoperiod by seedsman. I use foxfarm soil foxfarm nutrients and my ph stays between 6.5 - 6.8. my humidity is 36-40 percent. My temp is 65-70 F. I run a marshydro ts- 600 led. My grow is 2 1/2 weeks into flower.

Its almost day 5 after emergence. Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
ALSO: It's still a seedling but, I maybe think the cup in which i'm growing it in is too small, or rather I put too little soil (9cm diameter , 4cm tall dirt).

Wet shiny spots on leaves.I find occasionally such wet shiny spots on leaves. Any idea what the root cause and how to fix it?
They are not sticky although look like.
I cannot say whether they smell because smell of the leaf is too strong 😶

Light markings on new leaves.I'm on day 9 from putting the seed into a paper towel. Day 7 from putting it in soil. Day 5/6 from seedling sprouting.
Looking closely there are markings on the leaves, what are they and should I be worried? Is the little girl stressed?

Same strain, different color leaves.Why my plants have leaves with different colors (one is darker) when they are the same strain? Both grew with the same fertilizers and while they had issues in early veg. they recovered but developed quite differently! It's the phenotype? Or the issues in early veg. caused this?

Bound and wrinkly leavesSome bottom leaves are wrinkly and where bound to eachother. These are new growths that grow from first 4 leaves. I'm having hard time googling the issue. What could cause this and should I be concerned?
