If that's from the bottom of the plant then its normal. If it's not falling coming from the bottom them I'd say you have a pest problem. The dots on some of those leaves look like pest damage. But that could also just be a slight deficiency. Hard to tell without a picture of the whole plant

Looks like it just needs more water. There is no information in question to go off of. Plants will naturally defoliate themselves especially the bottom due to lack of light. Good luck hope this helps

Since yesterday ladies started to look less and less healthy. Leaves are yellowing, leaf stems are purple and generally it's progressing quite fast. They got a flush with filtered ph water and I fed the with 1 l each oF very light mix.
