@Majormolasses! I disagree with everyone, I think your plant looks healthy and I do not see the need to increase the light distance yet. However you shouldn't have been spraying that baby during daylight, as this can lead to burnt leaves or strange reaction to heat and humidity. Regarding the plant-to-lamp distance, use your hand and try the universal hand-test: by putting your hand above the canopy for a few minutes, you will be able to feel if it's too hot or if it's okay, if your hand feels hot, your plant's summit will feel the same, so in such case you need to increase the distance step by step, you don't want the plant to stretch vertically to the light because of a too long distance.
