T5 "full spec" 100W x 4 and 1 x 200w CFL (Wedging Bulb)High! I got 100w/total, 4x1 T5 Led-strips 40cm long 2cm wide (DIY-lamp, every strip is on a fitted plate 3cm between etch other).
