Is that what you are worried about? I think you might have some kind of minor micro nutrients lockout. Excess P or K, locks out many secondary elements like calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron.
You might want to keep your pH in 5.5 - 5.8 range, not that 6.2 is bad, but is not ideal.
Also for a plant this young, 2.1 EC is kind of strong, that's for full flowering plants. I would dial back the solution strength to 1 EC and ramp it up slowly, but while in veg, don't go over 1.4 EC
