Are these spider mites?

Are these spider mites? About 1mm in size. They are not on the plants, only in the soil, and I don't see any nets or similar problems.

look more like a soil mite. they tend to be predators. Spidermites do not dwell or hangout in the soil on their own. they may fall down into it, but that's not where they like to be. You will find them on the backside of the leaves and they make mini white/yellow dots all over the leaves they are feeding on. think sprinkle of iceing sugar. Don't think you have anything to worry about, If they are bothering you, you can nuke em with some pesticides that hit mites and other 8 legged creatures. I find these mites common in my outdoor grows only seen them on a few indoor ones.

Not sure what they are, but they are 100% NOT spider mites.
